initial consultation
$640. 75 minutes, includes review of psychiatric records and prior testing, psychiatric screening interview, diagnostic impressions, therapy and/or medication recommendations, referral for neuropsychiatric testing if needed, communication with current treaters.
*Insurance is not accepted, however some plans will reimburse a portion of fees paid for "out of network" treatment. Valid ICD-10 diagnostic codes and office visit codes are listed on all paid invoices which can then be submitted for reimbursement.
individual office visit
full. $400. 50 minutes, individual therapy (with or without medication management), family therapy, parent guidance, couples therapy.
half. $240. 25-minute check-in session for medication management, brief psychotherapy, or parent guidance.
brief. $180. 15-minutes, routine medication check-in visit.
